Hi Asano Owner, let me give you an advice: you need to start thinking to get the right staff and train them having a good manager.
Sushi is not bad, lot of "imitation crab meat" and tiny sashimi pieces.
At the end of the day (or the meal) it is a very expensive place since for 7 we paid almost 200 dollars and we didn't eat too much due the order was missed 3 times.
I don't recommend this place at all.
I hope you will be able to improve the service soon.
